About Stone and Metal
Stone And Metal is the creation of Queensland jewellery designer and goldsmith Samantha Anderson. Previously located in James st, Fortitude Valley, and Westfield Carindale in Brisbane, Samantha now enjoys a smaller more intimate studio/gallery in beautiful Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.
Drawing endless inspiration from the her studio's tropical locale, Samantha's current collections exhibit textures and tactile forms roused from surrounding stunning shorelines, iridescent waters and rocky coastlines, and also draw inspiration from the rich visual offerings of her photographer partner Paul Smith, with whom she shares the studio/ gallery.
Samantha has specialised for more than 20 years in designing and hand-forging impressive and innovative collections which feature natural gemstones and often showcases a rich textured, organic aesthetic to her silver and gold pieces.
Samantha's stunningly unique and intentional designs have grown her a cult following of beautiful customers and clients who know that when taking home a Stone and Metal treasure, they will acquire a piece that is just as much a pleasure to wear as they are to look at.
Samantha welcomes visitors to view her latest collections at the Stone and Metal gallery and design studio space at Shop 1/16 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads.
